Carmen Complex 2017

We propose a residential complex with the minimum elements, simple but elegant.

A set of 15 terraced volumes is planned in which each house has private side gardens and views of the mountain range thanks to the use of the natural level of the terrain.

From the central road the project appears to be a compact and closed volume; but from the interior of each house, thanks to the openness and contact with nature, the feeling of spaciousness and lightness is enhanced, offering a sense of well-being, security and privacy.

A simple modular structure and diaphanous and versatile environments allow for the internal re-distribution of each home, allowing the spaces to be adjusted to the specific needs of each owner.
