Residential complex
Tena, Ecuador
Project aimed at meeting the need for housing generated by the tourist growth of the area. It has been designed respecting the environment, the different customs of its diverse inhabitants and adapting every detail to the way of life and the current economic coordinates.
The proposal contemplates 22 houses arranged in pairs, naturally separated by the stream that divides the land, thus giving the option of bringing the car closer and making a more private life or moving it away from the house to keep only man and nature together around a central communal space.
A reservoir creates a lagoon for the enjoyment of residents and visitors, who have parking spaces at the entrance. The project contemplates the use of renewable energies and local materials as a guarantee of integration and respect for the rural environment where it is planned.
