Located in the Arrayanes club, it is a white house that gathers all possible light for the benefit of its two inhabitants and their cultural legacy.

The house consists of 2 volumes that intersect to subtly fragment and privatize the guest area and to achieve an outdoor terrace space with a view of the Cotopaxi volcano.

The house is distributed in three levels. The parking and service area are located at street level. The main floor where all the rooms are located in the highest part of the plot and the offices and a sheltered terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular scenery on the upper level saved by ramps given the limitations of the client.

Spaces to learn to live in a different way, listening to the silence, watching the sky, prolonging the gaze in an infinite landscape.
