Schloterrer House 2010

Two vacation homes of 140 m2 and 65 m2 located on the Spondylus road at the top of a hill on a plot of 400 m2.

The main house has a square floor plan with the social area on the upper level in order to take advantage of the roof of the L-shaped guest house as a terrace and thus ensure spectacular panoramic views.

The endless pool shares a level with a wooden platform that connects the two houses, visually separated by the helical staircase, under this level are the parking lots, service area and gym.

Sun and sea enter all the spaces of the houses through the large windows that, thanks to their careful arrangement, create atmospheres that invite to rest.
