Valencia House R 1998

Single-family house of 320 m2 on a plot of 550 m2 located 25 kilometers from Quito, the volume is characterized by the simplicity of its forms and its minimalist profile.

The small size of the lot led to minimize the occupation in plan, placing the organization of the house on three levels with a single glazed facade to facilitate its integration with the garden and landscape.

The garden level floor houses the social, service and pool areas. The second floor houses the master bedroom and a study with a glass walkway that floats over the double height of the living room. On the third floor there are two bedrooms with their respective terraces.
