Office building
Quito, Ecuador
The land owner's brief was to develop an office building for his company that would also include sales offices.
Located in Quito, with an unbeatable location and accessibility, this building has 7 floors and open spaces.
The tower is set back on the first floor both at the front, closed by a curved concrete wall that only opens at the entrance, and at the sides, which allow for generous vehicular circulation.
The main facade is reminiscent of a micro-chip as an image of technology, modernity, dynamism and interconnectedness. The vertical ribbons are solar lamps that illuminate the unique volume at night.
On the other facades, 3 rows of windows are arranged on each floor to accentuate the horizontality and to achieve presence and contrast with the front.
The building has 2 subway parking spaces and a mechanical floor on level 7.
