The complex is the result of a meticulous study of the demands of a generation that seeks maximum comfort at the best price without neglecting safety and environmental commitment; designed for those who also enjoy community life and the outdoors, so it has implemented large open spaces, green areas, swimming pool and children's playgrounds.

The project is located on a plot of 22,000 m2 in Yaruquí and offers 178 homes of between 120 m2 and 136 m2, well distributed over 3 floors, with a careful and quality construction, with the possibility of customizing the interior to the client's taste by choosing between 3 alternatives of finishes.

The parking lots and roads are located in the basement. The houses are connected on the first floor through zigzag walkways achieving a smooth and fun path that contrasts with the white volumes.

The project integrates perfectly into the environment creating a small oasis of tranquility embraced in its perimeter by the vegetation of the site.
