A house simplified to the maximum without porch or railings; space and function have been replaced with large windows that open from the inside towards the pool, expanding the space and creating a pleasant open atmosphere with panoramic views.

The two-storey volume, platform and swimming pool are anchored on the steep slope, catching the views of the forest and the Mediterranean Sea from each and every room.

The 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house is austere in decorative elements, but with generous and comfortable spaces. With restrained lines and rectilinear geometry, the views close to the pool with overflowing edges provide a sense of tranquility and extraordinary spaciousness.

The outdoor deck by the water is home to native trees that provide shade as well as privacy, turning the space into an outdoor living space that, thanks to the mild temperatures in the area, can be enjoyed year-round.
