The challenge is to achieve a unique and sufficiently attractive house for a couple where: he, of German origin, disciplined, tireless worker and she; a sensitive artist; in love with their current rustic home, their orchard and their memories engraved for 20 years, want to move in.

The project is located on a 1200 m2 lot in the luxurious Arrayanes urbanization. The light and the view of the golf course determined that all the rooms are directed to enjoy it but the proximity of its players conditioned to locate as a subtle barrier, the open covered space slightly lower than the social area on the top floor to achieve privacy without losing the magnificent landscape clear in the area of greater permanence.

The gentle negative slope allows to locate the parking, service area, secondary bedrooms and office on the lower level, the upper level is intended for the social area and master bedroom with its large dressing room and 5-piece bathroom. Both floors are located on a half level where the lobby, elevator and main entrance door connected from the outside with a ramp guarded by a palm tree.

For him, a wine lover and connoisseur, a spectacular wine cellar is designed in the living room. For her, a gallery is created to exhibit her paintings and hold traveling exhibitions in a pleasant environment dressed in green and blue thanks to the adjoining water garden.

Contemporary architecture with large windows dressed with noble materials that provide the warmth that the owners are accustomed to and achieve a unique house to enjoy life with maximum comfort.
