Private home
Menorca, Spain
White 5-bedroom house inspired by the popular Balearic architecture capable of sheltering and serving as a refuge and holiday gazebo.
With the use of high-tech materials, cross ventilation and the location of the pool, it is possible to regulate the temperature, ensuring greater comfort in all its environments.
An upper floating beam supports the roof and pergola avoiding columns in the social area, located on the top floor, with folding glass doors that when opened integrate the interior and exterior giving greater amplitude of space and allowing uninterrupted enjoyment of the view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The main access door from the street connects to the interior of the house at half level, which allows shortening the flight of stairs to choose to go up to the social area or down to the entertainment area and bedrooms.
This summer home open to the landscape has a large terrace on each level in addition to the garden next to the pool on the first floor; linked by an outdoor staircase to enjoy the pleasure of outdoor living.
