Casa Flores 2008

Implanted on a 1400 m2 lot 32 km from Quito, this 460 m2 house of straight and simple lines reflects the way of being of the urban owners. A two-story cubic volume is perforated to accommodate the heart of this house, the open covered space, a place to enjoy weekend activities and which maintains a fluid relationship with the garden and all the internal environments thanks to its large windows.

Open spaces in the interior where the limits are the furniture and the unique sculptures of the family. Water mirrors help regulate the temperature and give character to the project.
