Private Housing
Tanda, Ecuador
Located in Tanda, this 420 m2 house was conceived so that all its rooms are in intimate and direct contact with the garden, it is equipped with large sliding windows that allow natural light to flood all the rooms and fill them with harmony.
In order to meet the owners' requirement to raise the interior temperature, a lantern is projected on top of a glass pyramid.
The double-height family room is the articulating element of this house, as it connects the social environments of this level, the parking located in the basement and the bedrooms upstairs. The result is an urban sanctuary outside the city.
