Overlooking a ravine and the eastern mountain range in the distance, this single-family house of 680 m2 is conceived on a plot of 1400 m2, a place open to the valley, closed to the street and protected laterally by vegetation, achieving intimacy and transparency.

Located 28 km from Quito, the kitchen is the core of this single-family house, around it the social areas, below it the service area, and above it the intimate area.

A completely transparent façade facing the valley forms a cubist architecture, clean, restrained and yet exuberant.
